Srinivas GollapudiTurning complexity into reliable products, across banking, NBFC, and B2B SaaS lending platforms.

"Turn ambiguity into clarity, then into reliable systems."
Over ~13 years I have built a reputation for solving complex fintech and lending problems across banks, NBFCs, and B2B SaaS platforms, combining first-principles thinking, structure, and execution rigor. I led Open Banking, Retail Asset Partnerships, and other digital initiatives at Federal Bank, helped build the on-book credit stack and NBFC rails at Groww, and now steer core lending product at M2P Fintech across LMS, collateral management, collections, reports, platform stabilisation, and enterprise solutioning. I strengthen systems through documentation and standards, and find innovative yet grounded solutions where product, policy, operations, and platform complexity collide.
Stand up new businesses and platforms from scratch: NBFC rails, in-house LOS, BRE, and Collections, and a configurable Collateral Management System built 0→1. I design every build for abstraction, reuse, and future-proofing from day one.
First-principles solving where product, policy, accounting, and platform collide: EMI and interest math, EIR / ECL and revenue recognition, reconciliation and accounting fixes, EOD and data flattening, migrations, and edge cases like backdated and suspense transactions.
End-to-end mastery of the lending and financial-services stack: origination, servicing, collateral, collections, accounting, reporting, and the regulation around them, across banking, NBFC, and fintech. The person teams rely on to get it right.
Carry teams through tough transitions, turning ambiguity into clarity. I mentor and coach cross-functionally, keep morale high, and I am the person people come to for advice. And I teach, building learning material and meticulous documentation, with AI as a force multiplier.
